2. Description of Services
AssetPoint provides a platform for verifying, purchasing, and managing physical assets such as Silver Point and Gold Point. We also offer access to premium educational resources and networking opportunities through our Elite Academy and Elite Circle divisions.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Asset Verification
Our digital certificate system is designed to confirm the authenticity and purity of physical assets. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the physical possession and safeguarding of the asset remain the responsibility of the owner once delivered.
